Policies & Terms
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Complimentary cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start time means a full refund. Within 24 hours of the start time, or a no-show, is non-refundable, as guides and transport are committed by then. For multi-day tours, any non-recoverable third-party costs already paid on your behalf (such as confirmed hotel nights) may be deducted from a refund, and this is disclosed before you pay. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. To cancel or amend a booking, email keeperlandweyllc@gmail.com with your booking reference. If we cancel a confirmed tour for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.
Terms of Service
By booking with Keeper Landwey LLC you agree to the following. A booking is confirmed only once we issue written confirmation and payment is received. Prices are quoted per person in U.S. dollars and are valid for the itinerary and dates stated. The traveller is responsible for valid passports, visas, and any travel insurance required for international trips. Itineraries may be adjusted for safety, weather, or circumstances beyond our control; we offer a comparable alternative where possible. Inclusions and exclusions for each tour are listed on its tour page and in your confirmation; anything not listed is not included. Our liability is limited to the value of the services purchased; we act as the organiser and coordinate third-party suppliers such as hotels, guides, and transport providers. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to plan and deliver your trip — your name, contact details, travel preferences, and payment details. Payment information is handled by our secure payment provider and is not stored on our servers. We never sell your personal information. We share details only with the suppliers required to deliver your booking, such as a hotel or transport partner. You may request a copy of, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by emailing keeperlandweyllc@gmail.com.
